Visual Examination: Golden glows. Olfactory examination: Persuasive of candied cedar, honey, banana flambè, apricot jam, sponge cake, quince, mimosa, chamomile and canned peach. Taste examination: Sweet without excess, with good freshness and a pleasant honey finale.

Meditation wine, with short crust pastry, puff pastry and cheeses with sweet and spicy sauces or jams, to be tried with sbrisolona or with pecorino aged in walnut leaves and pear sauce. Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C
