100% Sangiovese. Alcoholic fermentation in inox tank and ageing 12 months in big barrows of French oak. Colour red intense ruby with reflections garnet. Fragrant with scents of small fresh fruits, bit dry with aromatic and persistent scents.

Visual examination: Compact ruby red color with garnet reflections.
Olfactory examination : Balanced and elegant bouquet, in which the fruit takes on dark tones (blackberry, black currant, blueberries) and a gentle spiciness accompanies nuances of cola, licorice and forest undergrowth.
Taste examination: Exuberant and structured, with marked and rigorous sapidity- acidity combination, settling with very nice minerality.

It goes well with medium-structured dishes, such as first courses of pasta with meat sauce, poultry, mushrooms or truffles, risottos; main courses prepared with pork, veal with sauce and cheeses.
